Testimonials

  • “My son has been seeing Michelle for over a year now and I couldn’t be more pleased. It took him a while to open up, but once he did, I saw great improvements. Their bond is awesome and he sees her as a friend. She is gentle and consistent with her approach. I appreciate the time she takes to research new tactics to help and contacts me almost immediately so we can implement them right away. Michelle genuinely cares about her patients and trust me, it shows! We are thankful to have found her.”

  • “Michelle is always most concerned about the well-being of her clients. As a parent, it makes me feel great about the services she provides because it doesn’t feel like a service, but someone who cares for your child. Awesome!”

  • “Michelle has a unique way of connecting with her teen clients which allows them to feel comfortable sharing with her. ”

  • “I’ve been so impressed with everyone at Apple Tree Counseling—they’ve all been compassionate, supportive, transparent, and professional. I’ve appreciated the thoughtfulness and intention that has gone into finding the “right” therapist all the while wrangling schedules, reminders, and check-ins. The virtual options are a godsend, the prices extremely reasonable, and the impact and outcomes we’ve had so far have quipped us all with greater clarity, freedom, mindfulness, and capacity for happiness and joy. Cannot recommend them enough—especially during a time when we ALL could use a skilled someone in our corner.”

  • Our clinician is easy to bond with. They make our session enjoyable and fun. As a child, I appreciate their approachability and friendliness.

  • After the sessions, my son feels better and has fewer meltdowns. He also bounces back more quickly from disappointments.

  • Our son is not very talkative, but he frequently asks when he can see his counselor again. This is quite encouraging because even if he is not sharing much with us yet, he is opening up to someone.

  • My child enjoys spending time with his "feelings helper" and appreciates how they assist him in approaching challenges.

  • “It has been challenging to find a good person to talk to for our children as well as us and we are grateful to have found a welcoming place.”
