Grief Shadow Box Workshop
Grief and its effects on the mind and body are profound. Often, it won’t leave us alone until we begin the process of feeling our way through it and releasing it in a way that honors the deep love and gift that the person, animal, or thing gave us.
Join us on September 19th at 6 pm to beautifully move through the remembrance with a symbol of love and creativity led by our CEO, Michelle Kauble, MS, LPC. Discover profound meaning and inner peace in this project with us.
Supplies provided: Shadow Box, Glue, Paint, Decorations, & Magazines
