Hello, here at Apple Tree Counseling, ADHD (or ADD, Neurocognitive executive functioning disorders, etc) is one of our specialties! We have started a group to serve adults who are either newly diagnosed or who have already been diagnosed with ADHD, diagnosed early and anywhere in between to be able to help each other, lean on each other, and build accountability and new techniques... hey maybe even it is becoming a superpower!
